Fish with vegetables

500 g of white fish fillet (any of your favorite)

1 large red pepper,

1 large tomato,

1 onion,

1 clove of garlic,

red hot pepper,

salt, pepper, olive oil, basil (or parsley)

juice of half a lemon.

Cut onions and peppers into medium-sized pieces, cut carefully hot pepper (you can take half), chop the garlic, remove the peel from tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and put there onion, garlic and hot pepper. Then put there bell pepper and after 5 minutes put tomatoes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. All these ingredients stew together for15 minutes. Lay out on baking tray chopped in medium-sized pieces of fillet, pour sauce (that was mixed with herbs) on top. Cook in the preheated to180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

White fish on skewers

500 g of white fish (halibut, cod),

100 gr. of bacon

1 tbsp. Of rosemary leaves,

1 clove of garlic

5 tablespoons of olive oil


Chop the garlic and mash it well in a bowl with rosemary leaves and add olive oil. Cut fish into cubes (approximately 5×5 cm) and roll it in butter with garlic and rosemary. Cut the crusts from bread and cut them into small cubes. Put the pieces of fish and bread on the wooden skewers. Little secret: to prevent the skewers from becoming black, they should be pre-soaked in water for 1 hour. Cover the pan with baking paper, put on paper skewers with fish and bread, sprinkle them with remaining olive oil and rosemary. Bake in a preheated to 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

Fish in a pot

500 g of fillet of pike perch,

1 kg of potatoes

2 pcs. of carrots,

2 pcs. of onions,

0,5 glass of cranberry

100 gr. of butter,

300 gr. of sour cream

salt, black pepper, herbs

The first thing you have to do is to marinate perch fillet in cranberry juice for 25-30 minutes. To do this you should cut fillet into pieces, put it in a bowl and press the cranberries right on the fish and after that mix the fish with the pressed grapes. So our fish would be a bit sour-tasting. Fry the onions and carrots on butter. At the bottom of a large pot (or several small pots) throw a piece of butter and the perch, that was purified from berries. Pour a layer of fried onions and carrots. Then lay potatoes chopped in large cubes. Put on the potatoes the greens, add salt and pepper. Pour sour cream on top. And do not forget to pour a couple of ladles of hot water (in a small pot — 1 ladle).

Put in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. If the pots are small, it would be for 20-25 minutes.

So, such yummy, that can be made at home with minimal cost and a great desire. The fish is above all praise. The most important thing is to stop eating all these tasty stuff in time. Believe me, it is very difficult. And in case you have overeaten, you should have a bottle or two of Borjomi.
