I want to share with you my own recipe of winter salad. Chinese cabbage in the winter replaces greenhouse lettuce very well. This salad is crunchy, vitaminous and it is easy to prepare. You can make it every day and also on holidays!
1 head of Chinese cabbage
1 large grapefruit
1 jar of stuffed olives
olive oil 50 ml
Cut the Chinese cabbage lengthwise, then cut lengthwise each half again into three pieces, after that cut into thin pieces.
Cut grapefruit into slices and then cut the flesh from the rind. Then cut each slice into small pieces.
Put cabbage and grapefruit into a large bowl, add olives.
And here is the secret seasoning! Do not salt! Pour 5 tablespoons of marinade from olives. Then add olive oil and thoroughly mix in order to soak all the ingredients.
This salad tastes good with fried fish, mmm!
