Healthy winter cocktails

Drink beverage with cloves

Simple but effective way to increase the body’s defenses and get rid of infections is to take clove infusion. The recipe is simple. You have to boil 2 cups of water and add to it 10-12 cloves flowers (they are sold in supermarkets as spice). Let the beverage draw for 2-2,5 hours.
