Chinese Diet based on “Borjomi”

 

During this diet you can drink only mineral water. Absolutely exclude salt and sugar. Also you should not change the menu, because only such sequence of food consumption causes the necessary changes in the metabolic processes of the body. One of the components of the Chinese diet is rice, but its consumption is limited in order not to cause harm to the body by such heavy product. Chinese nutritionists pay much attention to the mineral water and they recommend to drink it at least 1 liter per day. Mineral water cleans the intestines from toxins and helps to maintain a healthy body and rejuvenates it.

Diet should not be changed. You should follow the proposed menu strictly. The result of the Chinese diet is minus 9.8 kilograms. This Chinese Diet is applied during 14 days.

Monday

 

Breakfast: 150 g of fresh cabbage, 1 cup of mineral water.

Dinner: 4 tbsp. of  boiled rice, 150 g of salad with fresh carrots and olive oil, 1 glass of mineral water.

Supper: 150 grams of boiled fish, a small slice of bread, some lettuce, 20 grams of rice vodka.

Tuesday

Breakfast: 150 grams of chopped fresh carrots with vegetable oil, 1 toast, 1 glass of mineral water.

Dinner: 200 grams of salad with fresh vegetables (cabbage, carrot, lettuce, celery), a small piece of bread, 1 cup of apple juice.

Supper: 100 grams of cooked rice, 4 leaves of lettuce. Half of a grapefruit, 1 glass of mineral water.

Wednesday

 

Breakfast: 200 grams of salad with fresh apples, pears, oranges, bananas, 1 cup of orange juice.

Dinner: 250 grams of cooked asparagus, 150 g of coleslaw seasoned with lemon juice, a small slice of bread, 1 cup of mineral water.

Supper: 250 grams of fried mushrooms, 1 small potato, 1 glass of mineral water.

Thursday

 

Breakfast: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 piece of toast.

Dinner: 300 grams of cooked rice and asparagus with basil leaves, 1 large apple, a small slice of bread, 1 cup of mineral water.

Supper: 2 boiled potatoes, 200 grams of boiled fish, a small piece of bread, 20 grams of rice vodka.

Friday

 

Breakfast: a small plate of boiled rice, 1 cup of mineral water.

Dinner: 200 grams of salad from shredded white cabbage and seaweed, a small piece of bread or cake made from rice flour, 1 cup of mineral water.

Supper: 200 grams of salad with fresh cabbage, carrots, green salad, seasoned with vegetable oil, 1 cake of rice flour, 1 cup of mineral water.

Saturday

 

Breakfast: a small plate of boiled rice, 1 cup of apple juice.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled sea fish. 150 grams of salad with apples, kiwi, oranges, 1 cup of mango juice or orange juice.

Supper: a slice of lean roast meat, a small piece of bread, 4 chopped lettuce leaves with lemon juice, 1 orange, 20 grams of rice vodka.

Sunday

Breakfast: 250 g of fruit salad with apples, prunes, apricots, 1 cup of mineral water.

Dinner: 150 grams of rice with pieces of fruits and 1 tbsp. of honey, 1 glass of mineral water.

Supper: 150 grams of boiled sea fish, 200 grams of salad from shredded cabbage and seaweed, a small cake made of rice flour, 1 cup of mineral water.

The second week is like the first one.
