Nuts, apples, dried apricots and Borjomi is everything you need for a quick snack

 

Sometimes we do not have enough time. We all are in hurry. Even when you have to make a pause in order to eat, you try to do it as quickly as possible, eating on the run in order just to smother the feeling of hunger. A quick break can cause irreparable harm, if a snack is made from harmful product. Here are some products offered by the doctors for a quick snack:

1. Nuts. They contain a lot of fats and they are a valuable source of protein and minerals.

2. Fruits would be a perfect snack: apples, citrus, kiwi, bananas, etc.

3. Dried fruits: apricots, prunes, dried pineapple ((which is very useful for burning fat and consequently, for weight loss).

4. Yogurt, nonfat dairy products and cheese.

5. Sandwiches with black bread and greens and cheese.

6. Vegetable or fruit salad with olive oil or yogurt, or a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil can be cooked in haste.

7. Fresh fruit and vegetable juices and mineral water.
