What is a «French breakfast»? It is carefully well-thought and balanced system of nutrition. French breakfast consists of several dishes and it is at least 25 percent of the total daily caloric intake. 

Morning begins with a glass of fresh juice or mineral water, because liquid drunk on an empty stomach can activate the entire digestive system of a person. After a few minutes you can have freshly brewed tea or coffee. In order to feel the aroma and taste of this drink, it is not recommended to add sugar. You can also make a sandwich of bread with a few slices of cheese, which will saturate the body with healthy substances, vitamins and calcium.

There are also several requirements concerning bread. It has to be not only delicious and fresh, but also very health-giving. That is why it is better to buy bread with bran. You should not be afraid to eat this kind of pastry. According to nutritionists, bread doesn’t lead to excessive weight. But butter, fatty pate and jam lead.

The best way of finishing your breakfast is to eat some fruits. The priorities are seasonal berries and fruits, as well as citrus. However, bananas are excluded from this list as a negative impact on your weight. And the main thing of the French breakfast is a leisurely meal with your family, relatives and friends. So, in order to recharge and not gain extra weight, it is recommended to have French breakfast in your diet.
