Eat light different food. Your hair and skin need vitamins and minerals. Such products would be good: legumes, fish, bananas, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, nuts, vegetable oils, seafood, dairy products (especially yogurt), oatmeal, buckwheat, sprouted wheat, fruits, vegetables, honey.
